How Will the Online Auction Work

    1. If you do not already have an online account, register for one here. Make you sure you are able to login before October 29, so that you are ready to start bidding!
    2. You can view items with donor information and details about the items at https://www.lutherancamping.org/upcoming-events/quilt-auction/online-auction/
    3. Starting on October 29 at noon, when you are logged in, you’ll be able to bid on all the wonderful items. You’ll see something like this:2020 Online Auction

    4. Once you click on “BID NOW!” you’ll be able to enter your bid (whole dollars, numbers only) and indicate if you want an email if you get outbid.

    5. Online bidding will end on November 3, at 12:00 pm. The highest online bid will then become the starting bid at the in-person auction on November 6. (We end the online bidding early to be able to print bidding cards and setup for the in-person auction)
    6. If no one outbids you at the in-person auction, you win the item! For the winning items, you can pay online or send in a check to the Camping Office. Arrangements can then be made to receive your items won. Pick up is the preferred option, but most items could be shipped for $10, the winner of the item would be responsible for shipping cost.
