In 2003, The Lutheran Camping Corporation formally established two Endowment Funds: the General Endowment Fund and the Campership Endowment Fund. Both are maintained by the ELCA Endowment Fund Pooled Trust, with the Board of Pensions as the ELCA Fund's investment advisor. The ELCA Endowment Fund Pooled Trust is structed to provide participants with a relatively stable, quarterly stream of distributable investment income that grows over time. The Fund pursues its investment objectives subject to the social responsibility criteria that are consistant with the values and programs of the ELCA. Distributions from the Fund are managed by the Endowment Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.

The Annual Quilt Auction has been established to benefit the LCC Endowment Fund. All proceeds gathered from this live auction are added to the principal investments. This annual event is held each year in November.
